What we collect

Information you give us

• Estimate request form: your name, phone number, email address (optional), city or town, the service you are interested in, and anything you choose to tell us about your home or the problem.
• Calls, texts, and emails: your phone number or email address, and whatever you share with us, such as your address, details about your home, photos, and scheduling preferences.

Information collected automatically

When you visit our website, Google Analytics and Google Ads tags collect standard usage information through cookies and similar technologies. This can include the pages you view, how you arrived at our site (for example, from a Google ad or search), when you tap our phone number, whether you submitted the estimate form, your browser and device type, and your approximate location based on your IP address.

Our savings calculator runs in your browser. We do not ask for or save personal information in it.

How we use your information

• To respond to your request, schedule visits, prepare estimates, and do the work you hire us for.
• To follow up about your inquiry by phone, text, or email.
• To understand how people use our website and improve it.
• To measure how well our advertising works and to show our ads to people who may be interested in our services.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to see how visitors use our site, such as which pages are viewed, when someone taps to call, and when an estimate request is submitted. Google Ads, conversion measurement, and remarketing

We advertise with Google Ads. When you request an estimate through our website, a Google Ads conversion tag records that a request was made so we can tell which ads lead to inquiries.

We may also use Google Ads remarketing and similar audience features. This means third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to show our ads to you on other websites based on your past visits to our site. You can opt out of personalized advertising from Google at Google Ads Settings (My Ad Center). You can also opt out of many third-party vendors’ use of cookies for personalized advertising at aboutads.info.

Enhanced conversions

We may use Google Ads enhanced conversions. When you submit our estimate form, information you provide, such as your email address, phone number, or name, may be converted on your device into a hashed (scrambled, one-way SHA-256) form and sent to Google. Google uses this hashed data only to match the form submission to a signed-in Google account that interacted with our ads, so we can measure ad results. This is sharing your information with a third party (Google) to perform ad measurement on our behalf. Google’s use of this data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. You can control how Google uses your activity in your Google account’s My Activity settings.

Managing cookies

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings. Blocking cookies will not stop you from using our site or requesting an estimate.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us run our business, and only as needed for them to do that work. These include:

• Formspree, which processes our website estimate form and delivers your request to us by email.
• Google, for website analytics and advertising measurement as described above, and for business email.
• Our phone, text messaging, and call-answering providers.
• Website hosting providers.

We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or safety or the safety of others, or as part of a sale or transfer of our business.

Phone calls and text messages

Calls to (417) 459-8716 may be answered by an automated AI receptionist that collects your name, number, and reason for calling so we can get back to you. Calls handled this way may be recorded or transcribed to pass your message along to us.

If you contact us or request an estimate, we may call or text you about your inquiry, scheduling, and your project. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts from us. We do not sell or share your mobile number or text messaging consent with third parties for their marketing purposes.

How long we keep information

We keep customer and inquiry information for as long as we need it to respond to you, provide our services, honor warranties, and meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. Analytics data is kept according to our Google Analytics retention settings. When we no longer need information, we delete it or keep it in a form that does not identify you.

Security

Our website is served over a secure HTTPS connection, and we limit access to customer information to people who need it to do their jobs. No method of storing or sending information is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children’s privacy

Our website and services are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Your choices

• Ask us to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you.
• Opt out of texts by replying STOP, or ask us not to call or email you.
• Opt out of personalized Google ads at Google Ads Settings and Google Analytics with the opt-out add-on.
